To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at info@galnova.com within 14 days of your purchase date, clearly stating your intention to cancel and your order details. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

Please note: If you have expressly requested that we begin providing a digital service within the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be reduced once the service has commenced. You will be informed of this at the point of purchase before being charged.
